ABOUT ME A new chapter in beauty. Hi, I’m Alexis, the artist behind Lash & Glow by Lex. 🤍 My journey in the beauty industry began in 2019 with my first love — lash extensions. For the past 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of creating lash looks, building relationships with my clients, and growing as a beauty artist. Lashes will always be a special part of where my journey began and the foundation of my career. But there was always another dream I carried with me: becoming a makeup artist. I’ve been doing makeup on my girlfriends for years and have always loved the artistry behind creating a beautiful look. For a long time, though, makeup was something I did on the side while lashes remained my main focus. After taking a break from the beauty industry to focus on my family, I came back with a completely different vision for myself and my business. That time away made me realize that I didn’t just want to return to what I had been doing — I wanted to grow, evolve, and finally pursue the part of my dream I had been putting on the back burner. Lash & Glow by Lex is now entering a new chapter, with a greater focus on makeup artistry for life’s special moments — from birthdays and prom to parties, photoshoots, and bridal beauty. My goal is to create looks that feel elevated, feminine, timeless, and beautifully you. Whether you’re getting ready for your wedding day or celebrating a milestone, I want you to leave my chair feeling confident, beautiful, and completely yourself. Seven years of experience. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Booking Deposit: A $25 non-refundable booking deposit is required for all full-set and makeup appointments. The deposit is applied toward your service total and secures your appointment time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. A new $25 deposit will be required to book another appointment.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be considered a cancellation. The applicable cancellation policy will apply, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Please arrive on time so your service can be completed properly.
Lash Fills: Fill appointments do not require a booking deposit. However, the same 24-hour cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies apply. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit or payment in full being required for future appointments.
Emergencies: Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.
